It was great doing business with Central Electronics. My TV was repaired promptly and it works fine. The TV was purchased 1 year and 2 months ago, so I was out of warranty. Now the best part - Central Electronics told me that American Express extended the warranty with one additional year (I paid for the TV with AmExpress), so I ended up paying zero. Hard to beat that!! Excellent, kind, and knowledgeable service. My TV was repaired very quickly, Sam waited for me to get home for the evening to return the TV, and assessed the "life expectancy " of my TV. All very much appreciated. I highly recommend!

Sam was very prompt to our request. Being Engineer himself understand the latest Technology. My LG TV was out of warranty, gave me proper advise how to deal with the manufacturer for out of warranty issue and called LG for repair related questionnaires. I will highly recommend to contact.

My samsung TV broke during the covid 19 quarantine (very urgent! :) ) I brought the TV to Sam on a Monday noon, and he was able to find the issue with a digital board the very day and fixed it the next day, the price was reasonable. Really recommend him if you want to repair your tv fast and in a good price!

Central Electronics contacted me through a Warranty claim I opened up on my Samsung TV regarding a dead pixel and bad DSE issues. Sam did everything in his power to convince Samsung to replace the panel (which I was not confident Samsung would do) and they were successful! Once the panel replacement arrived, Sam scheduled an appointment with me to install the new panel. Him and his helper came on time and quickly replaced the TV panel. No more dead pixel and no more bad DSE!! I am very pleased! Sam was incredibly kind and attentive during the whole process and I felt heard by him and knew that he wanted to help solve the problems with the TV. Thank you Sam!

I just want to say that I had Sam came out to my house and repair our TV 2 years ago it's a Samsung high-definition. If you check my Yelp review he was wonderful he came out he picked up our TV it was the main circuit board that went out he repaired it in a timely manner and returned our TV I'm sorry I'm so late posting this they have reasonable prices and my TV has been working perfect, now I'm having problems with a 32in Sony TV I've had for over 8 years and you could bet that I'll be calling Sam with Central Electronics out for the repair I highly recommend them they deserve 5 stars

Sam came over right away, after Costco delivery only plugged our new LG TV in and left us in a quandary as to how to get it to work! Thank you, Sam, for turning a very aggravating situation into a great experience! We highly recommend Central Electronics and Sam!
